Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by developing ethical strategies, publishing job postings across multiple channels, and screening resumes to identify top talent. Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers, and administer pre-employment assessments and background checks to ensure compliant practices. Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to develop talent attraction strategies, provide training on interviewing techniques, and assist with onboarding by preparing welcome packets and conducting scheduled check-ins with new hires. Maintain candidate and employee documents while managing internal transfer and promotion processes. Adhere to Credit Union policies including the Bank Secretary Act and security guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or higher
- Three or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience

- Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the Credit Union's Service Standards and meet all established goals
