Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting by attending job fairs, screening applicants, and coordinating background checks and drug testing. Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques, update online and in-house job boards, and manage applicant tracking systems. Prepare job postings in HRIS, process employment applications, and coordinate new hire orientations. Generate staffing reports covering par levels, time-to-hire, and retention metrics. Provide administrative support including mail distribution, filing, and faxing. Maintain safety compliance and confidentiality while handling confidential information. Back up HR staff as needed and perform other duties as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in interviewing
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's license
- No more than 2 traffic violations within the past three years
- No more than 1 chargeable accident within the past three years
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel

- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
