Job Summary
Consult with leadership to understand business needs and collaboratively develop talent plans. Define candidate qualifications with hiring managers, manage job posting processes, and source qualified professionals using various resources. Proactively build relationships to create a pipeline of candidates, maintain contact to update application status, and efficiently move selected candidates through the hiring process. Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system while tracking and presenting monthly metrics. Requires onsite presence in Scottsdale, AZ, with a background check and drug screening. Two years of full cycle recruiting experience and manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- At least two years of full cycle recruiting experience and/or experience supporting a Recruiting Department
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required
- Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ability to track and present metrics on a monthly basis
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates
