Job Summary
Run full-cycle recruiting for all clinical and non-clinical positions, including posting, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers within approved ranges. Manage job boards, advertising channels, and staffing agency relationships while representing Northlake at job fairs, college events, and community outreach. Build partnerships with area schools and workforce development programs to create new talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to update job descriptions. Track recruiting metrics and recommend hiring strategies to leadership. This role offers real ownership of the recruiting process for a non-profit behavioral health hospital serving the Northshore region.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or 2+ years plus a Bachelor's degree
