Job Summary
Full-time Recruiter responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles, screening and vetting applicants via phone, video, and in-person interviews, and scheduling back-to-back interviews using Zoom and/or Calendly. The role involves building and maintaining candidate pipelines, representing the company culture to potential candidates, coordinating interview scheduling with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks. Requires exceptional communication, high organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-person role based at the Tallahassee office with responsibilities spanning candidate experience and HR support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree or HR certification is a plus but not required
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and interviews daily
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00-5:00), in-person at Tallahassee office
- Previous recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, and Calendly preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM; background check statement included
