Job Summary
Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to employment negotiations across locations nationwide, sourcing and engaging candidates via LinkedIn and other channels. Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and labor market trends, while drafting compelling job descriptions and managing relationships with staffing agencies and educational partners. Represent the company at career fairs and open days to strengthen the employer brand through social media initiatives and talent pool development. Work 32 hours per week in Haps with an HR team focused on quality and long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- hbo werk- en denkniveau
- ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen recruitment, als intercedent, in de arbeidsbemiddeling of een commerciële omgeving
- Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- ervaring met sourcing en online recruitment
- communicatief sterk, ondernemend en zelfstandig
- Werk je planmatig, maar houd je ook van een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is
