Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiter role owning end-to-end searches across engineering, go-to-market, and corporate functions with autonomy within a lean HR team. You will source actively, build relationships with hiring managers, move candidates through a respectful process, maintain clean data, and identify and fix bottlenecks in our hiring process across USA, India, and Canada. Emphasis on influencing hiring decisions, improving how we hire, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- In-house experience preferred (agency considered if transition intentional)
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations
- Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills
- Data hygiene and clear communication on pipeline status
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
