Recruiter - Multi-Unit Operations (High -Volume)

Manage a high-volume portfolio of open positions across multiple corporate-owned centers, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, schools, and community partnerships for Center Manager, Wax Specialist, and Guest Service Associate roles. Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and alignment, then present objective recommendations to District and Center Managers. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired and difficult-to-fill positions while ensuring job postings remain accurate and compliant with employment laws. Partner with hiring leaders to establish expectations, monitor candidate movement, and escalate staffing challenges with data-driven sourcing strategies. Track key metrics including time to fill and source effectiveness to identify trends and improve recruiting processes.
