Job Summary
Source candidates, screen CVs, and support interview scheduling across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Build candidate pipelines, conduct market research, and maintain recruitment systems and reporting. Assist with Move's internal hiring needs and support employer branding initiatives including content and campaigns. Gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle through structured training and mentorship while contributing to live client projects. Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of recruitment experience (mixture of agency and internal)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Curious about people, careers, and businesses
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media professionally
- Resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn
- A proactive team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using AI tools to streamline work
- Based in Cape Town, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup
