Job Summary
Recruiter role focusing on driving recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to extending offers; partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design strategies; develop targeted recruiting campaigns; engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking; manage applicant data in the ATS with accuracy and compliance; represent MorseLife at job fairs, campus events, and conferences; facilitate selection discussions, guide hiring managers through decisions; contribute to onboarding and credentialing to ensure smooth transitions for new hires; build strong relations with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback; stay ahead of talent-acquisition trends with innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate data management
