Recruiter

Recruiter responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of professional and manufacturing roles at MPS Hsinchu, Taiwan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and campus recruitment initiatives. Partners with hiring managers to manage intake, pipeline development, and qualification of candidates; tracks goals/metrics, analyzes recruiting data, and drives process improvement. Leads employer branding and engagement efforts such as social media, job fairs, campus events, and promotes MPS within the community; experienced with ATS Workday/ADP and cross-cultural recruiting in engineering environments.
