Source, qualify, and hire high volumes of talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support roles globally. Build and maintain a predictable recruiting funnel using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach while designing scalable processes with simple pipelines and fast decision loops. Coordinate with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, improve job descriptions, and prioritize roles, ensuring clear and respectful communication at every step. Track hiring metrics via Airtable, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms like Ashby or Workable. Work cross-functionally with Ops, Product, and Founders to staff strategic hires rapidly in a fast-paced, zero-red-tape startup environment.
