Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers, General Managers and emerging leaders across Mendocino Farms restaurants. Partners with Operations to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies, builds relationships with top talent through networking, social media, and events, guides candidates from introduction to offer, coaches managers on hourly recruiting practices to uphold culture and standards, maintains Dayforce ATS data, collaborates on recruiting improvements, stays current on hospitality talent trends, and supports on-site New Store Opening hiring fairs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and shifting business priorities
- A collaborative teammate who takes initiative and delivers results independently
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information
