Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles by partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements and timelines. Source candidates using LinkedIn, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while maintaining accurate data within the ATS. Build and manage talent pipelines, support recruitment reporting, and ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of recruitment experience, and fluency in English with Polish preferred. Based in Poland, the position supports IQVIA's global growth in the life sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years' recruitment experience (agency, in‐house, or RPO)
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in an international environment
