Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for brand ambassador and retail merchandising positions across Canada by sourcing candidates on Indeed and other platforms, screening resumes, and conducting telephone and Zoom interviews. Coordinate interviews, communicate regularly with candidates, prepare employment offers, and complete onboarding activities including documentation. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and work with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets. Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the process. This temporary contract role offers up to 30 hours per week with immediate start availability.

- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Available to start immediately
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience recruiting for retail or merchandising roles
- Comfortable conducting interviews using Zoom
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job boards
- Experience using a TAM (ATS)
- Familiarity with Zoho Sign
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
