Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for high-volume recruiting across multiple facilities within Maola, executing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develops recruiting plans, maintains compliance with employment laws, supports employer branding, and collaborates across HR and operations to meet staffing objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of experience in industrial and office recruiting, with familiarity using ATS (preferably UKG), MS Office, and analytics tools. Location: Herndon, VA, with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting for industrial roles and office roles in an organization with industrial operations
- Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles preferred
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting in an organization that maintains EEO compliance
- Experience with Federal & State employment laws compliance
- Experience in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire)
- At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products
- Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
- UKG highly preferred
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard)
