Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume manufacturing recruiting in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, managing job postings across boards and social platforms, conducting resume screening and candidate outreach via phone/text/email, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, tracking activity and providing pipeline updates, coordinating assessments and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, onboarding), assisting with offer processes, supporting hiring events and onsite recruitment days, and providing administrative support to HR. Requires experience in recruiting for hourly/production roles, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or high-volume hiring experience
- Experience supporting hourly or production hiring (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, conducted in accordance with applicable law
