Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist supports high-volume hiring for manufacturing and production roles, coordinating the hiring process, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering a strong candidate experience while partnering with HR and manufacturing leadership. Responsibilities include managing job postings across boards and social platforms, screening resumes, initiating candidate outreach, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, tracking recruiting activity and pipelines, supporting interview preparation and feedback collection, assisting with offer processes and pre-employment steps, coordinating assessments (e.g., dexterity testing, technical evaluations), supporting hiring events and onsite days, and providing general HR recruiting administration. Required skills include 2+ years in recruiting/high-volume hiring, experience with ATS and job boards, strong organization and communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial workforce hiring and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or high-volume hiring experience
- Experience supporting hourly or production hiring (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, conducted in accordance with applicable law
