Job Summary
Recruiting Specialist supports high-volume hiring efforts for manufacturing and production roles, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment operations. This role focuses on coordinating the hiring process, maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with HR and business leaders. Major tasks include partnering with HR and manufacturing leadership, managing job postings across boards, screening resumes, initiating outreach via phone/text/email, coordinating interviews and logistics, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, tracking recruiting activity and pipelines, supporting offer processes and pre-employment steps, coordinating assessments (e.g., dexterity testing, technical evaluations), and assisting with hiring events and general HR support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, or high-volume hiring experience
- Experience supporting hourly or production hiring (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, conducted in accordance with applicable law
