Recruiter- Manufacturing positions

Recruiter for manufacturing roles responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including leading detailed scope meetings with hiring leaders, evaluating applicants via ATS, developing sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, Boolean sourcing, referrals, and engaging candidates through multiple channels. You will prepare candidates for interviews, coach on logistics and expectations, keep stakeholders updated, draft interview templates, compare qualifications to determine fit, issue skills testing if needed, review background/reference information, and partner with the hiring leader to determine offers. Maintain compliance with OFCCP and related standards and build strong talent pipelines with regular reporting to leadership. Requires ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and to manage a high-volume, collaborative recruitment process across the organization.
