Job Summary
Recruiting Manager role leading and developing a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets for clients in the dental industry. Oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, designs and executes sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals), ensures compliance with policies, tracks key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction), and maintains strong client relationships. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, performance management, collaboration with HR and hiring managers, and continuous process improvement to deliver high-quality candidates and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of recruiters
- experience in a staffing agency, talent acquisition, or recruitment firm (highly desirable)
- proven ability to recruit across multiple industries
- strong leadership, team-building, and people-management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, ATS, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office
- ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions
- strong organizational and time-management skills
