Recruiter - Malaysia & APAC

Job Summary
End-to-end recruitment across Malaysia and APAC markets for operators, technicians, engineers, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans; execute sourcing strategies; screen candidates and conduct interviews; coordinate interview processes; manage external vendors and agencies for high-volume/direct labor hiring; collaborate with HR, Operations, Total Rewards, and global TA teams to align processes and compensation; support employer branding, campus recruitment, internships, career fairs, and onboarding coordination; track key recruitment metrics to drive improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job types (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, or corporate functions)
- Experience recruiting across Malaysia; exposure to Singapore or broader APAC markets is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
- Understanding of local hiring practices and regulations in Malaysia; additional APAC knowledge is a plus
