Recruiter (m/w/d)

Contact potential clients via phone and direct outreach to generate interest in digital recruiting solutions, then analyze their hiring challenges to develop tailored strategies. Present these solutions persuasively and manage the sales process through to project closure. After contracts are signed, independently oversee the entire recruitment cycle from campaign planning to candidate placement, while coordinating applications and ensuring a professional candidate experience. Document all activities in CRM, track the pipeline, and align closely with marketing and leadership to optimize processes.
