Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, background verification, and offer letter preparation. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent while building strong candidate pipelines through channels like LinkedIn and Indeed. Support initiatives such as hiring events, career fairs, and social media campaigns, and track metrics to provide regular reporting to leadership. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure processes align with company policies. This 3-month contract role at Lordco Auto Parts supports the HR team's organizational and talent acquisition objectives within a family-owned automotive distributor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, departments, or geographic regions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
