Job Summary
Recruiter handling full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, manage postings, screening, interviewing, offers, background and credentialing, and onboarding. Builds candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach; ensures compliance with federal, state (New York) and local employment laws incl. EEO and ADA; supports workforce planning and DEI recruitment initiatives; collaborates with HR to forecast staffing and delivers timely hires. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Office software and EMR Practice Management tools (eClinicalWorks a plus), and the ability to work in a healthcare setting with a valid NYS driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment
- Recruitment experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Clean valid NYS Driver's license
