Job Summary
Recruiter for light industrial roles responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates via social networks and referrals, screening and interviewing applicants, partnering with department managers to identify hiring needs, posting jobs to boards and colleges, and onboarding new employees. Requires experience conducting various interview formats (structured, competency-based, stress), evaluating applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitudes, maintaining a solid talent pipeline, and providing well-documented recruiting analytics through an ATS/CMS. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a light industrial Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
- Ability to conduct various interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Experience with ATS, CMS, and HR databases
- Experience creating and posting recruitment materials
- Ability to source candidates via databases, social media, and referrals
- Onboarding experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
