Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles across multiple locations, building relationships with hiring managers, guiding interview teams, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Role is hybrid with in-office days in Fitchburg, MA. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand job specs, advising on interviewing techniques and offers, developing innovative recruiting strategies, maintaining SuccessFactors records, participating in career fairs and college recruiting, ensuring legally compliant recruitment processes, and supporting metrics like cost per hire and time to fill. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and ATS proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across locations
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Comfortable sourcing high-quality candidates in niche roles
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, selection protocols, and offer management
