Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for consultative talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft recruitment strategies; utilizes AI-enhanced candidate engagement to identify, attract, and engage top candidates; manages full-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding; conducts resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations to ensure alignment with Lennar's culture and job requirements; supports employer branding, data-driven decision-making, and market intelligence to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred
- Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus
