Job Summary
Establish relationships with hiring leaders to understand current and future staffing needs through rounding and intake sessions. Conduct resume reviews, manage wage calculations, and extend offers for open positions. Assist in developing strategies to fill open roles while sourcing applicants. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, along with at least two years of recruiter experience including applicant sourcing, a strong customer service background, and prior experience with the iCims applicant tracking system. This role supports Kettering Health's mission to promote and restore health across its 14 medical centers and 120+ outpatient facilities in southwest Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiter experience, including applicant sourcing.
- A strong background in customer service.
- Previous experience with iCims applicant tracking system.
- Healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field required.
