Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for providing full life-cycle recruitment across the company, developing recruitment plans, creating detailed job requisitions, screening and presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers. Requires substantial military recruiting experience and the ability to obtain Secret clearance, with strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills. Collaborates with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs and contributes to ongoing recruitment strategy and reporting. Demonstrates creativity and long-term recruiting vision to support multiple business units and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- No less than three (3) years of military recruiting experience sourcing highly skilled military personnel with solid understanding of general corporate positions.
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking system.
- Working knowledge of employment, recruitment, and labor law practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time while delivering quality service.
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision
