Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, screen resumes, and manage client relationships to source diverse talent for corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies using referrals, networking, and job boards. Manage contract recruiting processes, facilitate onboarding for new employees, and handle promotion and offboarding paperwork. Update applicant tracking systems for accurate project tracking. Maintain legal compliance in staffing processes and establish strong internal and external relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
- Proven ability to utilize technology to maximum effectiveness and efficiency in sourcing candidates
- Knowledge and experience with other innovative candidate sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
