Job Summary
Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, and clinical positions throughout the Company. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent while partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Prioritize requisitions with operational leadership, maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS, and ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO regulations. Provide detailed compensation information to candidates and maintain relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum (1) year of recruitment experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience recruiting clinicians, staff, and corporate team members is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work with executives and hiring managers and customize strategic recruitment plans to fit their individual departments and needs
