Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting and talent delivery for assigned client facilities and clinician populations in healthcare staffing, leveraging CRM/AI-powered sourcing, data insights, and credentialing coordination. Build and manage provider pipelines, serve as primary point of contact with candidates, align recruiting strategies with client demand, maintain provider relationships, ensure compliance with credentialing standards, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve timely, high-quality placements. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with healthcare staffing experience preferred; flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Healthcare staffing or locum tenens experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally; occasional travel may be required
- Pre-employment drug testing may be required
