Job Summary
JC Ford is seeking an experienced Recruiter/HR Generalist to execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, support HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in recruiting and HR generalist functions within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven ability to execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple job levels
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment and workforce planning
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (preferably Paylocity)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required

- Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Columbia, TN
