Job Summary
Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience who designs and implements recruiting strategies, sources and screens candidates, conducts interviews, and collaborates with managers to identify future hiring needs. Must attract candidates via databases, social networks, and employee referrals, onboard new hires, and maintain a strong talent pipeline while leveraging ATS/CMS tools and analytical reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency)
- Strong ability to conduct various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Hands-on experience with screening, interviewing, and assessment methods
- Familiarity with ATS and CMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
