Job Summary
Summer Recruiter Intern role supporting talent searches, screening candidates, creating and maintaining job postings, coordinating meetings and interviews, conducting initial phone/video screens, and driving outreach campaigns. Will partner with local and remote recruiting teammates, build relationships with university personnel, and promote recruiting events and social media initiatives. Opportunities to learn from veteran recruiters and potentially convert to full-time post-graduation; onsite in downtown Houston. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, creativity, and the ability to drive projects to completion.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience or interest in recruiting/talent sourcing
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Comfort with phone calls and crafting messages
- Multitasking and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and punctuation
