Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines. Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines. This role requires a high school diploma and recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools is essential, along with knowledge of HR principles and metrics. The position operates in a hybrid setup with one mandatory day in Bangalore, covering the APAC first shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
