Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle for Ride-Hailing and Marketing units, partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring. Develop and execute targeted search strategies, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach, and build talent pipelines to support recurring needs. Manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment, drive consistency across recruitment workflows, and use market data to contextualize talent availability for hiring managers. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment.
- Experience recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations roles is a plus.
- Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills.
