Recruiter responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across Ride-Hailing and Marketing; partner with HRBPs and hiring managers; develop and execute targeted search strategies; proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach; manage candidate experience and provide data-driven insights to hiring teams; build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated needs; operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with hybrid/remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- experience recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations roles is a plus
- ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels
- solid sourcing skills, proactive outreach beyond inbound applications
- organizational and process-driven with multi-search management
- clear and confident written and verbal English communication
