Job Summary
Contract Recruiter III for Salesforce partnership overseeing full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles. Six-month hybrid contract engagement based out of an Atlanta hub with three days on-site. Responsible for sourcing, outreach, and end-to-end candidate management, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate technical needs into targeted candidate profiles. Emphasis on proactive passive sourcing, KPI tracking (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire), and building a strong pipeline within a high-growth SaaS/enterprise software environment. Conversion to a full-time role is possible for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles
- Proven track record recruiting in a technology or SaaS engineering environment
- Ability to work on-site three days per week at your nearest Salesforce hub
- Strong passive candidate sourcing skills; proactive outreach and networking are central to this role
- Working knowledge of the technical talent market, including engineering org structures, technical personas, and compensation norms for software engineering roles
- Proficiency with ATS and TMS tools for pipeline tracking, workflow management, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage hiring manager relationships and candidate processes independently
