Job Summary
Contract six-month on-site Recruiter II for Salesforce partnership in Atlanta. Own full-cycle recruiting for SMB sales within an assigned Salesforce business unit, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through placement. Source, screen, interview, and place candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified SMB sales talent. Manage multiple open requisitions, communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers, build lasting relationships, perform market research, generate competitive insights, and deliver recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and placement forecasts using the ATS. Potential for conversion to a full-time role for the right candidate. Background in sales with a transition into recruiting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Sales, SMB, or Salesforce-related positions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site at the Atlanta office location (950 East Paces Ferry Rd Ste 3300, Atlanta GA)
