Recruiter (Hybrid) Production/Manufacturing/High Volume environment

Recruiter in a hybrid role supporting a production/manufacturing high-volume environment. Responsible for leading job scope meetings with hiring leaders, reviewing ATS-submitted applications, evaluating candidate qualifications, developing sourcing plans, and engaging candidates through multiple channels. Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking using Boolean search language; solicit referrals; and use proprietary software for mobile/email campaigns. Prepare candidates for interviews, coach on scheduling and expectations, and provide timely updates on application status. Assess candidates using phone interview templates, compare notes against requirements, and issue skills testing as needed. Influence hire decisions by offering market data-driven recommendations and facilitating offers. Ensure compliance with OFCCP and related regulations; maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Salary range starts at $53,709 and goes to $60,000 USD, with benefits including medical plans, STD/LTD/HSA, holiday pay, PTO, 401K, and volunteer time off. Education requirements include a high school diploma with a bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; minimum two years recruiting experience and ATS experience.
