Job Summary
Recruiter role within Family of Kidz focusing on full-cycle talent acquisition: posting and placing jobs, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to define position requirements, composing internal/external postings, developing prescreen questions, attending job fairs, coordinating offers and onboarding, and leveraging ADP/Greenhouse for recruitment processes. Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years in recruiting, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to handle confidential data, and proficiency in MS Office. Hybrid work arrangement with meetings at the Westbury office and mostly remote work.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting
- Successful work history in handling confidential personal data
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong team player and commitment to promoting Company values
- Ability to multi-task and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, general knowledge of mobile device use and applications
- Knowledge of ADP/ Greenhouse a plus
- Interest in pursuing additional training in Recruiting practices
