Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for HVAC service technicians, installers, comfort advisors, and office roles across three Florida brands. Build sourcing pipelines through job boards, trade schools, referrals, and local events, then screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Track metrics like time-to-fill, manage pre-employment steps including background checks and EPA 608 verification, and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent in Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, and Broward. Work a hybrid schedule from St. Petersburg or Boynton Beach with occasional travel. Take on additional HR responsibilities as the company grows, including onboarding and compliance support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience filling high-volume or hard-to-fill hourly and field roles
- Strong organization and communication — you follow up fast and keep candidates warm
- Able to work a hybrid schedule from our St. Petersburg or Boynton Beach office, with occasional travel for job fairs and hiring events
Desired Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in skilled trades, home services, or construction
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Exposure to broader HR work — onboarding, compliance, or employee relations
