Job Summary
Contract recruiter responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle in the Washington DC area, including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates; screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates; submit and review candidates; assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying managers' needs; respond to multiple orders and provide professional support to managers; demonstrate ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and build long-lasting professional relationships; experience with iCIMS is a plus.
