Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for continuous evergreen recruitment for frontline roles, onboarding coordination, and partnership-building with community organizations serving individuals with barriers to employment. Key duties include screening and coordinating interviews, aligning staffing with hiring cadence, conducting orientations and onboarding cohorts, tracking time-to-hire and source effectiveness, and ensuring equitable, compliant hiring practices. The role supports candidates through the process, administers HR records and transit benefits (ORCA), maintains HRIS records, and assists with training logistics and employee development initiatives within a non-profit, Downtown Seattle setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in a non-profit setting
- Experience facilitating orientations or large group training
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Ability to work with and recruit individuals who may or may not have a past criminal background or addiction challenges
