Job Summary
Full-time HR Recruiter role in Pediatric Therapy/Clinical environments based in Pleasanton, CA. Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (therapists, Special Ed Teachers, administrative staff); develop sourcing strategies; screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers; ensure positive candidate experience and onboarding; maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credentialing; support onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and policy implementation; maintain HR records; collaborate with leadership on staffing needs and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in healthcare or pediatric therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles such as Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and related positions
- Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for pediatric therapy clinics or similar healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws related to healthcare
