Job Summary

Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles for early-stage startups, owning multiple searches, building close relationships with hiring managers as a strategic partner, and driving fast, high-quality candidate delivery. Role includes championing DEI, tracking pipeline activity in Loxo, contributing to reporting, and supporting HigherPeople brand through events and content, with potential high-level business-development opportunities. The candidate should bring strong sourcing capabilities, ability to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders, and a passion for startups and building great teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle agency recruiting experience
  • exposure to early-stage startups focused on GTM and/or technical roles
  • strong sourcing chops
  • ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders
  • excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • comfort working autonomously and juggling priorities
  • experience with ATS/tools such as Loxo and Ashby, Slack, Google Drive
  • genuine interest in the startup world and understanding of how hiring shapes company trajectories
