Recruiter for high-volume Customer Support hiring in Hyderabad. Own end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate experience, and offer processes. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver against hiring plans and timelines, drive process improvements, and use data to optimize speed and quality of hires for a growing, international Hub.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Fountain
- Experience working across multiple markets or countries
- Strong English communication and written skills
- Data-aware and able to share pipeline updates and recruitment insights
- Ability to partner with hiring managers, operations partners, and TA colleagues
