Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing hires, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers. Partner with Hiring Managers and senior leadership to align on search strategy, build high-quality pipelines, and move searches efficiently. Proactively source talent, engage passive candidates, and develop creative strategies to attract strong talent across sales and marketing roles. Continuously improve recruiting processes, scale operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience. Keen eye for detail, data-driven mindset, and strong relationship-building to support rapid growth in a fast-moving environment. Proficient with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby) and able to leverage data to optimize hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing hiring in a fast-growing environment
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Ashby)
- Strong sourcing and organizational instincts
- Clear and thoughtful communicator with ability to build high-trust relationships
- Data-driven with ability to understand recruiting metrics and improve outcomes
